It was great to welcome all our tamariki back to school this term. We have missed their smiling faces, and they have all settled quickly back into school.

The last school week of the year is here, and what a year it’s been. I am immensely proud of our amazing students and dedicated kaiako (teachers).
It’s hard to believe that Term 4 only has six weeks left!! And no doubt, they will be busy, action packed weeks.
Notwithstanding the challenges of the continued unpredictable weather, it has been an action packed last couple of weeks.
Fresh from an amazing day at Rippa yesterday we turn our head to Cross Country next week.
Student achievement was a focus at our board meeting last week.
It has been great to see a little bit more sunshine of late, and I know our students have loved the opportunity to get out and play in the fresh air.
Mānawati a Matariki! It has been fantastic to see Matariki increasingly recognised and celebrated far and wide.
I am excited by our upcoming Matariki celebration on Wednesday, 22nd June.
Last week we celebrated Bully Free Week NZ culminating in ‘Pink Shirt Day.’
