Term 2 is done and dusted! Reflecting on all the happenings, in the 6 weeks that I’ve been here, confirms that our Pukehou learners are definitely engaging in really robust learning covering all aspects of the curriculum.

Well we did it! … actually Team New Zealand did it! Lucky red socks!
It is with sadness that I must tell you AJ Eaglestone has resigned from his position as Principal of Pukehou School. AJ has asked that I pass on his thanks to the Pukehou community and in particular the teaching stance, for their patience and kindness shown to him through the course of his illness.
What a fabulous performance at Matariki last Friday evening. I was so proud to be part of the Pukehou team watching our wonderful students.
Newsletter day already. What a quick week... still fun-filled with learning and play! I am really looking forward to the Matariki experience tonight, and hoping to meet many of our families there.
We are half way through Term Two now and it’s great to see all the learning happening at Pukehou School.
I have really enjoyed my first week at Pukehou School.
Winter has been in full force this week, chilly mornings and enough rain for now.
Our students are happy and busy in their learning this week.
I hope that you all had a lovely Easter break and holiday. We were very lucky with the weather.
